Like when you try and search up for a small game by its title it doesnt show up which kinda makes sense but the thing is that roblox just shows completely off-topic p2w money grabbers that dont even have any relation to what game im trying to find. It makes it so that you are kind of forced to pay for an advertisement so that people have a chance to even find your game. And it makes it so that its harder for small devs to blow up because roblox only shows you 15% of good games on the front page and the rest is just garbage. But anyways, this is a great video and high quality. Keep up the good work!

Im gonna be honest roblox hasnt been the same since mid 2020. They've modernised everything, removed builders club, expensive gamepasses, dead games, innapropiate games and even more. I started playing roblox in early 2018 and it was amazing! I didnt even have any robux and it was so good, i remeber having fun in meepcity partys (NO not the weird ones they didnt exsist yet they were good then) i remeber also remeber the partys in work at a pizza place, i miss when thoose where good they were amazing! I also remeber pet sim 1, it was actually good and people like me who didnt have any robux could actually play with paying anything. The first game i ever play was natrual disaster and one of the few games which are still fun. Now on roblox its just disaster and nothing is good 😞 Ty of you read all

I agree, roblox used to be good place to share games but now it just pushes games like pls donate because they know it makes them money

not to mention how they just keep inflating the accessories in price, i know the video is about how roblox is becoming an "infinite money machine" for people that put overpowered gamepasses in their games but its not just the developers themselves that are becoming greedier. Just a few months ago ugc accessories used to be 50 robux and the official ones would be even under 5 for some, but now everything is over 75. Long time ROBLOX veteran here, If you wonder why most older children or young adults don't play ROLBOX anymore, just look at this disastrous shit hole of a platform. ROBLOX only devours on greed. Most developers and the ROBLOX staff only care about what kind of paycheck you offer them. Most of them just don't give a fuck about you, they just want what's in your wallet. There are some developers out there who aren't greedy, but most are, or at least the ones that have grinding simulator games. Even the catalog is sad. You can't even buy multiple outfits anymore with 400 Robux. Almost all ROBLOX accessories are now 65+ or 75+ because they keep changing the fucking price floor every week. If you always wonder why you don't need to pay for an account on ROBLOX, ROBLOX will just make their game addictive enough for small children to get into, and beg their mommies for their credit cards to spend ROBUX on grinding simulator games, or online dating games. The only reason why I haven't left the website is that there are still some good games left, and I've been working on a few ROBLOX projects myself. Honestly, the too much greed on this website is slowly killing them.

yesterday when i was taking a shower i was just thinking about this!! for my english final, we’re allowed to write an argumentative essay about anything we want, so i was thinking about writing about how roblox has been shifting away from the community and been gravitating more towards weird shit like meta and realistic avatars to appeal to a broader audience which coincides with how roblox’s platform has been changing drastically to be shitter/more capitalistic and money focused. however i think that roblox trying to change avatars might be separate from roblox becoming more and more of a cash grab for people. idk if i’ll follow thru, but maybe this video was a sign!! anyway epic vid!!! :D

if you do, it's probably a good idea to talk about or mention how roblox going public on the stock market has affected the platform. i'm not an expert on this so do your own research but publicly traded companies prioritize profits above all else because if they don't, shareholders won't be happy and will take their money back and invest it elsewhere. the biggest shareholders of a company can even switch the CEO meaning that everyone is forced to maximize profits. i'm not sure if the latter applies to roblox though but I know it does apply to a lot of companies. once roblox went public a few years ago, there was no turning back from this path of maximizing profits.

I think you should've touched on UGC and how roblox has removed the option for truly free items, (like when they took free packages offsale and made them something dumb like 250 robux each) and how theyre increasing normal UGC items prices daily. Faces went from a minimum of 32 robux each, but is now fluctuating from 65 to 70 robux now.

You must understand that Roblox is not going to do anything about this, and they will be right, because any waste of Robux on the platform is profit. With the help of profit, they support work of servers, pay employees, and other.. The main problem of “capitalism” in Roblox is greedy developers.

Fun fact about the pls donate thing: 80% of the game nowadays is made up of beggers and bots, honestly these two people are the reason why I stopped playing pls donate. Edit: Just to confirm to Hazamn fans, no I don't think it's Hazamn's fault for all of this, but rather just how the people find the game. Many children won't try to actually have some fun in the game but rather just use it to get as much robux as possible. I remember when I joined a random pls donate server and immediately when I joined, a kid asked if I could donate to them. Not to mention, many rich players won't really donate to these type of players as once one person gets a dono, everyone wants one, and even if they do, they will be greedy and ask for more, which imo, is really just annoying.

I argee with you but I feel like you should like go more in depth. On how it affects Roblox because i feel like it’d first be a very good video and very informative to people who don’t really understand why or how. This was a cool vid and I subbed;)

Yeah why I stopped playing pay to win games on Roblox

let me debunk the pls donate thing real quick, there are several strategies to earn robux in the game and begging is not one of them. It used to work but not anymore, the real strategy is to interact with people, build friendships and have a good friend to be by your back. I’m not saying starving artists is a bad game the two creators have supported each others games. But the downfall of starving artists started when they used A.I art for their game thumbnail and everyone thought why are they using a.i art if their whole game is based on creating art? And I think the same too. One of the unfortunate things about starving artists is that people just buy your art and go, there barely any interacting, also one thing is that you don’t see anyone stream starving artists which streaming helps the game’s community and your community. Pls donate has effects for getting high amounts of robux like the 10k blimp 100k nuke 1m smite and the 10m starfall endowment which is amazing so other people can witness your achievement of playing and interacting long enough. It’s a bit sad to see starving artists die down a lot because I can tell lots of hard work have been put into both games but that’s what happens if you don’t make your games have enough features to boost your experience while playing the game
