Rizwan bhai profit is faraway for us. Land litigation is the major issue. Ham many years say apny plots ki possessions ka wait kar rahy hain. Second CSC management apny project ko market nai kar saki as u mentioned.

Open banks, brands like gul ahmed khadi sana Safinaz etc also big restaurants like Bundu khan, bar b cue tonite, Italian restaurants, Gloria jeans. 4-5 good brands can do wonders. Open good zoo, water parks this attreacts people

Very Genuine concerns i totally second your opinion.
CSC should work on delivery for the members of executive block who were initial investora almost 6 years ago. A big challenge for CSC management.

I dont see interest rate coming down to single digit any time soon. It will come down at some point to 18 and then stay at 15.
Csc should give possession of executive blocks now it’s been such a long time now . The first thing that needs to be done is to clear the litigated land issue in executive 1 and 2.

Absolutely agree with you it will take at least 1 to 2 years when some profits can be expected! 3 suggestions... 1. While focusing on development charges, it's crucial for CSC to consider the current market dynamics. Delaying development charges for 1-2 years could indeed help attract customers to invest in buying and seling activities more and more. Trust me everyoneis scared to invest due to development changes. 2. Offering affordable deals and discounts would not only attract customers from the lower middle class but also ensure inclusivity. 3. Allowing investors to pay development charges within 2+ years would further help win buyers' TRUST. Smart moves for a thriving housing society!

In current market scenarios all those who start construction there charges should be full waived off to in the first place and those who bought just for investment should be given monthly payment plan of At least 24 to 36 months. About middle class there should be an offer by 5 lakh you can start construction with no installments for At least 1.5 year and then 3 years payment plan.

I don't think anyone including yourself would be interested in building his home at this difficult time TBH. So CONDITIONAL dec. Charges waiver WILL NOT BE A GOOD OPTION at all. Under normal circumstances, this rype of policy can work but RN we're talking during difficult and unprecedented political as well as economic scenario of 🇵🇰 . Trust me, putting pressure by enforcement of DEV. CHARGES will stop transactions for buying and selling. Your ultimate goal should b3 increase more and more buying and selling transactions if you want to make csc successful otherwise there's no future in the next 5 to 6 years, I'd reckon
