U r a life saviour, was having hard time understanding how there is re-investment assumption when u r actually calculating present value. Looked up in internet, some said backward calculation doesnot consider reinvestment, some said it does but didn't know how, finally understood, thank u🙏🙏
Thankyou so much sir , and you know most of the traditional books on corporate finances have not covered this concept in detail , and most of the people have confused the concept with a fact that cashflow of earlier years have higher npv but lower irr vs a cashflow of later years.
