Cape Town - A walk around the V&A Waterfront Summer

The Waterfront is a busy entertainment, retail, art and cultural hub in the middle of Cape Town city.
I enjoyed this wonderful afternoon stroll at the start of Summer. It was a clear day with no wind and a hot tempereture of 29 degrees. The area is vibrant and lively.

This is one of the famous places at V&A Waterfront. You can tour the sunshine clock factory to know more about its history and how it works.

I've been to The V&A Waterfront many times over the years on my trips to Cape Town. I'm curious to know the date and time your vid was made. It's not the place it used to be. Where have all the people gone, and there are so many shops and restaurants boarded up. There was always so much to see. The vacant motorboat and yacht moorings are mostly empty. How sad, but your walk tour was great.

This was shot during November 2022. Actually there was a lot of construction work happening at the time which is why there were so many boarded areas. Thanks for watching. I hope you'll get to visit V&A again soon. Do let me know of any other areas you may like to see.

The majority in Cape Town are coloureds & blacks are mostly in townships there you will see an extremely large number of them.

As much as I love the V&A Waterfront, that place can be very expensive to. You won't find a lot of black and brown people buying and doing shopping there. Yes, a lot of them work there rather.
