Get yourself a emulator thats plug N play. I got 1 for 39.99 5,000 games from atari, nes, Sega, snes, arcade games like x men children of the atom, turtles in time, the Simpsons game... It even has a arcade game moonwalker (yes a 4player bet em up Micheal Jackson game) It has punisher, and AVP, so many games. Most are Japanese imports but it's well worth $40 usd Plug N play means. Plug it up to your tv plug it in wall and play! 5,000 games!

Hopefully in an hypotetical Capcom Arcade 3rd Stadium it will be included, possibly alongside a few other 3d arcade games. After all they've already released the most popular CP1 and CP2 titles in this and the previous collection, thus meaning that in order to convince people to buy an hypotetical third one they'll have to add 3d games and the CP3 games alongside whatever else they haven't used yet.

If you have a PS Vita or PSTV you can play the Power Stone Collection from PSP. Still holds up okay.

I already playing Capcom Fighting Game Collection. I also played the Capcom Arcade Stadium too,but now they’ve made a second one. I definitely gonna play it,and it’s a boy because it has Slam Masters.

Some strange choices here so given Capcom's recent collection overlaps I'd assume we'll see a Capcom Shooting collection featuring half the games from Arcade Stadium 1 and the ones that should have been on Arcade Stadium 2.

I absolutely love arcade compilations, with that being said, why bring games from the Fighting/Beat'em Up genre that Capcom just released in their own compilations??? Maybe Capcom could've done one off deals for licensed games like Aliens vs. Predator, D & D series, Cadilacs & Dinosaurs, Punisher and the X-Men/Marvel fighting games and have them in their own separate price point.

Character licensing music licensing company’s merging going out of business and IP’s being sold this can make it hard to get particular games into collections like this.

When it's $19-29 usd I will get it.

It's only $40 for the entire collection and there's 34 games on the collection, that's literally $1.25 per game. If you don't buy the entire collection for $40, you could still buy any one game you like for $3.99 each. That means if you choose to buy them one by one separately you would had pay around $124.00 for the entire collection. Capcom says the collection is never going to be on sale just like the first one. If you download Capcom 2nd Arcade Stadium without buying anything, you at least get SonSon for free.

Just give me x men, the simpsons, captain america and terminator 2 pinball. The simpsons arcade game was so goddamn good. I love how available games are but there was just something about going to the arcade. My mom would drop my brother and i off and it was always dark but loud. The x men game was brilliant. Someone correct me but i think 6 people could play. It was at least 5. I remember the weekend they got the first mortal kombat and i saw some dude do subzeros fatality. It blew my mind. There would always be a line for street fighter 2. There was a pizza place near my house that got mortal kombat 2. My friends and i would get off the bus there everyday after school and play for hours. You had your little piece of paper with all the moves and fatalities written down. Thats if you could ever figure them out.

It's the original arcade version. The SNES and Genesis versions were ports of the arcade game. But I only played the SNES port so I couldn't tell you which of the two was more faithful to the arcade.

@@btr9160 Well in any port there's always going to be inconsistencies between the arcade and home versions of that era. Slight to major variations in hitboxes, timing, etc...so in the end which version it's closer to is kinda irrelevant. You'd have to pretty much relearn the game anyway.

Dude because video games are old, does not mean they are bad. It’s like saying I no longer like Operation Ivy or Slayer no more because they are old. Sons of anarchy or breaking bad are no longer good shows , because they are old. You know how stupid that sounds? I’m getting this because I want the arcade versions of knights of the round and Saturday night slam masters. 2 outstanding and fun games .

Is there a list of the games releasing for this collection?

I probably check out the rest of the pack. I've been playing son son. I was suprised how good it felt for an old game. I'm curious what the other games play like in the pack.

SEGA!! Get off your asses and give us collections like THESE.....NOT Genesis conversions but the real deal old skool arcade goodness that so many of us grew up on..... seriously.👊💥👍

1/3 of the games are on other collections already released. Capcom love them some double dip! Was going to buy, but will wait for sale to offset having them already. Why not bring this up in this review? Knights as example was already released on another colleciton.

I feel the same - Beat em up collection, SF collection and Fighting collection makes this a good few duplicates, but at least you can just buy the games you want with this. So there is that.

You can buy each game individually for the capcom arcade stadium. If you already have that game buy the missing titles individually.

Really enjoyed capcom arcade stadium despite me not buying any (paid) dlc

I'd pay $20 for this BUT it's $50 on STEAM, that's too much for very old games.

On switch it's free with only 1 arcade game. You're better off downloading the roms and playing them on PC via emulator.

I bought this game on the Xbox One, but the only game for some weird reason that works on it is SonSon and then when I try to access the other games to say do you want to access the Microsoft store which I did it says that I already own it but it still won't let me play it like what the f*** am I doing wrong please let me know

Does it support local co-op?

Literally the only reason I've ever considered purchasing this is if there is online co-op. I like most, already have all of these ROMs. So I can and do play them frequently but in more than willing to purchase something like this if they can implement online co-op. If not, no dice

The arcade stadium app is free and you can either purchase the games individually or in bundles. It’s actually an insane value. I bought a fight stick for my ps5 along with converted my wife’s old vanity into a cool looking arcade cabinet and mounted my fight stick to it. With my TV hung up it’s as if I’m on an arcade machine. Love what capcom is doing here

My whole thing is why couldn’t they just add new roms to the first arcade stadium and why do they repeat games from the first one. I see some new faces but a lot of repeats. If it was a new format and carried my cabs over from the first collection I’d be cool but now I have to go between 2 it just makes no sense to me. Those that don’t care about online or don’t wanna shell out 40 bucks for the fighting game collection are happy I’m sure. I may pick up vampire savior I only have it on sega Saturn no Warzard or 3rd strike guess we gotta wait for the 3rd go around. Idk I’m a big Capcom fan I have pretty much every compilation collection they put out. I just wish something really made these stick out like a VR mode or something or inviting your friends to check out your personalized arcades and walk around anyway solid review

The game itself is literally only a link to the store. This is a zero out of ten, it isn’t a game it’s a way to spend $2 when you feel like it.

it is not very attractive if you ask me.........especially if you exceed the value of the full game if you pick up only ten games from the main game.........of course this time we can buy the games we want individually .......but it is not really a choice!! raise the price and let us choose whatever we want? the choice is limited......imagine you pick up 10 games and it is much expensive than the full game price......thanks capcom.........is it a mind game to play with us?
