How did u calculate 200 hours as actual capacity?

Actual capacity is already the question/known (i.e. actual worked hours, which is 200).
What about the 3 Capacity strategies?

These have been referred to as methods of managing capacity in the video. They are the same as capacity strategies i.e. level, chase demand (match), and demend management. Please, refer to the 9:24 point of the video.
