Just to help others who were confused by this video - where she says, "Then the side straps" there are none. She's just tightening straps.

The three-bicycle rack uses side straps. However, the two-bicycle rack doesn't have side straps.

I wish that bike carriers would come with front tire straps to tie down tires from swinging into the trunk/ rear of car/ suv.

I tried pressing those red buttons to extend the bar however it seems stuck. Any suggestions?

What is purpose of floppy support?
What is the bar doing for support that is hanging in front of the license plate? Is that a feature for SUV's or something? Other instructional videos on this equipment seem to show the bar @ :41 in different positions on top of the trunk, not hanging there.... im confused....

It clicks onto the bar that points downward. Not sure what it's for though
No anti-sway strap? Lame.

No side straps?!! So the bike will just move around? Give me a break. And my bike doesn't even fit. Returning it now.

Becuase the geometry of those bikes are pretty bad, theres a reason why most bikes are unisex framed now
