Whipping has NOTHING to do with a bond. People who whip their horses deserve to rot in hell forever.

It’s always so awesome to see a racer who doesn’t even hit his horse and still does well (at least in the first part)

@@counterintelligencereports7867 Why should they end the sport when all they need to do is to follow those who do not use the whip. In Norway, whips have been banned since 1982, that's almost 40 years. There are lots of international studies that show that whipping is animal cruelty. As you can see, every one admires the native who not use the whip, so why can't the others follow him.

@@counterintelligencereports7867 "normal people"...yeh as an equestrian I can confirm that the use of a crop isn't necessary...I literally only use mine for desensitisation by TOUCHING gently on the horse before using my hands, not whacking it.

I realy respect the horseman without the whip. Funny he even won the first round.

Guy on the dapple was great and seeing how happy the horses were to just run to run was awesome

The horses run because they have to. If they're healthy, legs good, they'll be running whether they want to or not.

Now this is what I call real riding! Riding bareback on the beach and cantering in the shallow waters is all I have ever done! :)

That guy that was on the dappled grey as soon as he got on the other horse they're all like I got to go fast and I love how I don't use saddles that's the best out of it all!

The guy on the dapple gray in the first lap deserves to win for not repeatedly smacking the horse with a crop

I would love to see a no-crop-race with just leg and the horse, it would be awesome! Also love the guy on the dapple grey!

Dapple grey was awesome...

Always bet on the gray, that dapple is a beautiful horse and the rider doesn’t even use a quirt🤠

The guy in the blue shirt runs his horses so hard and fast in the beginning they have nothing left in the tank to give him at the end, when he is beating them uselessly.

They. Werent. Abused. You. Idiot. It's not called whip it's called a racing crop in case you never knew. Used for sound, not to beat. The crop is padded because if you actually struck a racing horse with a spiked crop they would spook.

​@@hornpub543probably because they think using a crop is abuse. Most of these people making comments like this don't understand horses and how thick their skin is.

These guys can really ride. Amazing mastery. It takes a lot of skill and ability to ride so well in what would otherwise be very dangerous for a less skilled rider. Horse racing may be losing ground from all the horses being put down on tracks for leg injuries, but these guys are proving they are not done with racing and it is as exciting as ever.

Hats off to the guy on the beautiful Dapple

Brilliant ride from Yul Brynner!.

The man in the blue really pissed me off, he had no clue what stamina was. Also the fact the he was beating his horses showed he was no horsemen. Brown boy (the man not using a crop) was honestly one of the best ones out there, hated the fact that he was racing, but he was an excellent horsemen.

I would ban whips in all horse racing. You can breed winners. Leave it to the bloodlines to determine who is best.

​@@mycrazycobs8738 trotting isn't hard at all. Most people just don't have the balance. I started riding with just a saddle pad first which taught me balance before ever using stirrups and a saddle.

I love how the one without a whip wins ♡

Jozef Ivanov I know he didn't hit his horse a single time that guy in the blue shirt that was in the front at first was fast but when he started hitting his horse that hard the horse slowed down because it hurt him and he had to slow down and the owner of the horse is wondering wh,you he didn't win

I love that not only is he not hitting his horses, but he doesn't shove their heads forward thinking it will make them go faster. Look at the guy in the blue shirt's arms, it's ridiculous.

As much as it is ‘ cool ‘ They’re galloping bareback, and whipping a horse. What do you think a whip does? Doesn’t get a horse to gallop faster, it just moves it into a different gait.

I feel bad for the horse with the guy with the blue shirt on, that horse was getting whipped so much!

What breed of horses are they riding?

All that guy did was just push the Horse super hard the whole time while everyone else was taking it way less seriously. It's like the guy who shows up to open mat and he only knows like 1 person so he goes super hard to try and prove himself.

I hate how harsh most of the people are on the horses (not the dapple gray rider, love him!) but everyone else seems to just whip the shit out of the horses even from the start, they don't even realize the concept of stamina. Not to mention the people on the ground that hold the horses immediately start striking at the horses hindquarters the second that they get on. I wish the horses would just buck them off 😒 I always thought that whipping and kicking the horse is useless and won't get you any more speed from them. if they truly love to race they will go full out without any spurs, whips, etc.

It's poor horsemanship. Just because you're an Indian does not automatically make you a horseman. The Celts were amazing horsemen as well, and so were the ancient Greeks. Read Xenophon on horses.
