पीसी से प्रिंटर ड्राइवर सॉफ्टवेयर को अनइंस्टॉल करें, पीसी को पुनः आरंभ करें, प्रिंटर ड्राइवर सॉफ्टवेयर को पुनः इंस्टॉल करें, इसे जांचें - यदि नहीं, तो कैनन साइट से नवीनतम प्रिंटर फर्मवेयर अपडेट करें, ध्यान रखें, अपने प्रिंटर के संस्करण की जांच करें और उसी संस्करण का फर्मवेयर डाउनलोड और इंस्टॉल करें।

Sir, इसमें duplex unit नहीं होती है इसलिए both side print manual ही निकालना पड़ेगा।

Copy setting keys, में पहला ऑप्शन ही Light/Dark का है, उससे कम कीजिए।

Uninstall the printer driver software from the PC, Restart the PC, Reinstall the printer driver software, Check it - If not, update the latest printer firmware from Canon site, keep in Mind, check the version of your printer and download and install firmware of the same version.
