There’s always another more true story in many of these cases. I was big in the house scene and some folks that I was close to and worked for me blackballed me and everyone believed their version of me and that was 20 years ago. So ppl. throw ppl. that helped them under the bus all the time and that’s how ppl. work and smoke in your face and talk shit when you’re not around bc they want to take your place and jealous of you. Ppl. Say that all the time on the part of ppl. being jealous, but it does happen all the time. You think when you make it, everyone shows you love and reflects you, especially from your peers, but it don’t work out that way most of the time and just human nature. I had to learn this the hard way, but I least I learned and woke up to how it works. Sadly this happens to a lot of good ppl. all the time. But when they say anything, ppl. just think they’re being bitter and don’t want to hear it. So bc of that, these sociopath keep doing what they do bc they know how ppl. work. Meanin I got a solid rep and knowing that if I started to do ppl. wrong, no one is gonna believe it and that’ll help me keep doing wrong bc I’m not suspected for doing ppl. wrong. That’s like street 101 that i forgot about when I got soft and trusting, trust no one and that includes family. How many say o got your back and instead throw your ass under the bus. How many homies come and visits you in prison and sends you money? Hmm?!

Being born and raised in chicago and always sparringwith the latin kings I was heartbroken when I found out the latin kings streched out to new york because I always looked at new york as the mecca of hip hop culture and feel like the gang culture has effected the music coming out of new york.

The Lating Kings had never impacted on the whole of local NYC HipHop culture. Unlike Chicago, the Latin Kings emerged at a time (1986) when "Street Gangs" were played out in NY. It was the era of the drug crews who battled it out for real estate. The genesis of the Latin Kings in NY state begin in prison. Not on the street. When the movement spilled into the street the Rap music industry in NYC was not reppin' that movement. It was actually on some Marcus Garvey level, if anyone remembers late 80s-early '90s HipHop culture in NY (before the Bling era that Diddy spearheaded). Rope chains were replaced by leather medallions with a map of the African continent etched upon it, with the colors resembling flags of African countries. There might have been some underground cats repping the gangster life. But they were so underground even the cemeteries didn't catch them on their dial. By and large the rap culture in NYC has been about MC competition/rivalry, partying, celebrating materialism, community history, misogyny and socio-political awareness. The drill movement that emerged from the BX seems to be fueled by the goon culture.

When it comes to Frankie Cutlass that was Epic time. Frankie was in Manhattan and Frankie was the fourth crown at the time. in the beginning days when Frankie was DJing his hit record I was tagging along with him as a peewee 93, 94, if I recall we'll tones was made first crown by Epic I was there at the karate school where we used to have a universals. I remember Frankie very well I never knew what happened with him and the nation. Dose days were very dangerous. but now it makes sense how and why i lost communication with Frankie. we ad became no more. remember the last time I seen him he got into church. other things took places in my life and I lost 100% contact with my brother Frankie. Cano is correct Big Pun was never a king he did have a strong ties with us. I always been around Jimmy's Bronx Cafe and I remember those days I knew Jimmy and I know Steve. But I always remember that Frankie did a lot of good things but since I was young at that time there are some things that I don't know about then I'm assuming took place I don't know but it's interesting how good people always go through trials and tribulations I give a lot of respect to my brother Cano ADR. ones a king alway a KING. And when I met Cuban and Cuban can tell you himself we go back from the day of big pun's funeral. I say this publicly I got nothing but love for Frankie I don't care what anybody say I may not be happy with him because he chose to cut ties with me but he's still my brother brother even if he doesn't want to recognize me maybe one day we can have a sit down .
