Cannon Heck (New Super Mario Bros. Wii Kaizo Level) (savestates)

another kaizo nsmbw level! this one revoles around a weird mechanic where you can make cannonballs move along the y-axis with mario whenever he moves up. combining this with x-wraparound means that the cannonballs can stay alive the whole time and chase mario. i'm not super happy with the last bit, but i wanted to include it anyway because i liked the idea of that section
also, this video was cleared using savestates, because i don't currently want to spend a ton of time making clear videos of my levels because i'm busy with school and want to focus more of my free time towards making new levels.
this level is currently planned to be included in a mod that i'm working on called "mario's really hard quest to complete the really hard quest", so i'm not going to bother to make a download link, but if you want to play the level yourself just ask me on discord and i can give it to you
if you want to see more kaizo new super mario bros. levels, i would recommend that you subscribe to this youtube channel, because i'm planning to show off a bunch more levels over the next few months
also, another really good place to find more kaizo mario content is the kaizo nsmbw discord server / discord
there are a bunch of incredible level designers on there and many of them are far, far, faaaaar better at level design than i am

nsmbw just has a setting in the cannon entities that lets them do that. i'm not entirely sure what it's used for in the base game (or if it's used at all), but i think it turned out pretty cool here.
In NSMB2 (3DS) the path to another world is harder than this :D
Now do it with 4-players!
