Went to see this in Scarbro' in the 70's. After the Show Tommy gave me the trumpet in a carrier bag as we were on the front row.

Saw them live a few weeks ago.. Absolutely brilliant. They told the story of the firm who made the trumpets refused to sell them anymore because it made their product look shoddy lol

I remember watching cannon and ball with my grandad and this was my favourite I used too play in my schools brass band and me and my friend would try and Reanct this 😂😂god bless you bobby ball xx

To an older generation (myself included) they are indeed the most famous and best double acts. Anyone younger, ie: born in the 1990s and onwards automatically thinks Ant & Dec, Reeves & Mortimer, etc. It's just a matter of how old you are and what you were watching/what was popular when you were growing up.
