    Love your videos! Regarding vinegar, we have really hard water, and the vinegar helps it so there is no hard water residue on the outside of the jars. Lids: if you haven’t tried ForJars lids, give them a shot. Since I switched to them, I’ve never had a sealing failure or siphoning issue with them. They feel much better built too. I’ll never go back to Ball or Kerr. We’ll be doing this soon. Thanks for the time relevant video!

    I can meat. I love it! K found if I braise my chicken on my ribbed skillet and put grill marks, and make some carmalized onions and can with them, boy it's good! I just need tk thicken the broth for gravy.

    Hi my friend I can chicken all the time I add seasonings to mine too the taco one is great drain the juice off heat meat up you have chicken tacos

    This might seem like a dumb question, but I don’t want to just assume haha. When you finish this canning process, is the chicken considered cooked so when you open the chicken, you can easily just eat it straight out of the jar if you wanted to?

    Yes, cooked and ready to go! Also the shelf life is 12-18 month for the lids according to ball, however properly canned food should keep a seal for a long time.
