Ingredients Per Quart Jar:
1 lb Chicken, Cut into 1-2” chunks
1/2 C White Navy Beans, Cooked
1/2 C Onion, Diced (if sautéing, this will be reduced)
1/2 C Salsa Verde
1 tsp Sea Salt (or canning salt)
1 Clove Garlic, Minced
2 T Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
2 T Pickled Jalapeños
Chicken Broth to fill jars to 1-1 1/2” Headspace (approx. 2 cups per jar)
Process at 11 lbs of pressure for 90 minutes (75 minutes for pints)

    The beans in the soup caused the lid and ring discoloration. Dont know why but gheres something in the beans that does it

    Could you use regular chicken broth? And you mentioned making it creamy, how do you do that with the yogurt?

    You could absolutely use regular chicken broth. Just stir in yogurt or sour cream to make it creamy, either in the pot or each bowl.

    @@thecitysteadkitchen I was thinking the same thing. Maybe I could add cream cheese at the time I open and serve or more beans in blender, corn starch.
