I am a true fan of Jane Fonda. I love what she's about and that she's a strong and beautiful woman and she inspires me. I also really loved the end of the interview when she said what she didn't like so much about Cannes festival being about jewelry and glam and not more about the movies that actually celebrate the work.

it is not even imagineable that Fonda is 81 in this interview. she is the most beautiful and ageless woman on the planet. i love her. she is so real and so wonderful. her pantsuit is gorgeous. She is outstanding in every way.

Beauty Extraordinaire & National Treasure - I have enjoyed all your motion pictures since a young girl. The escapism of the movie cinema saved my life... to feel the love and empathy that was absent in my Cold War Abode was critical to my survival. The joy was tremendous by all you wonderful people making motion pictures! I do believe that the lessons are so vital as we all learn so very many different ways. I remember “On Golden Pond” having a fundamental impact but I can’t quite remember why or what it was about it. My Mom also found it deeply touching. Mom and I did enjoy watching movies together ... and we were avid “star gazers”... (not geezers, gazers. Lol). I still am! You and Lily are so uplifting and funny even in crisis... thank you so much. Much ❤️ to you and family

Libby Workman Of course I have done many things stupid in my youth, but going to Hanoi during the war and supporting the North Vietnamese when our young American men were being tortured and killed by them is inexcusable. But you are either way to young or not bright enough to understand that. Maybe you should explain yourself to a Vietnam Vet.

Most of the young people that comment on Jane Fonda are too young to remember her as Hanoi Jane, when she was young and acting the fool and disgracing our country, and even her own Father. But like everything else when several decades go by and you have the money to reinvent yourself the new generation of young people see her as this wise elegant movie star, and she gets a free pass. All Jane Fonda really is ,one big cliche.
