Este es uno de los ejercicios más brutales que se le puedan aplicar al cuerpo. Lograr hacer eso es una gran azaña. El resultado? " El cuerpo se convierte en piedra sólida. Las neuronas del cerebro se triplican. Todas las células del cuerpo se hacen más potentes, a la ves esto hace que surgan nuevas células, que hacen aumentar el poder y la resistencia del cuerpo. Este ejercicio al estilo de las tierras del Tíbet no es un juego. Esto no cualquiera lo puede realizar. Si se le preguntara a todos los Campeones de este deporte. "Que cuántas veces han realizado este ejercicio tan brutal,?" pocos contestarían afirmativo. Quizá solo el único sería El Canelo. Este ejercicio es un tormento brutal, y sobre todo muy doloroso. Por eso casi Nadie se atreve a realizarlo. Sin embargo Al Canelo se le mirá muy tranquilo realizando este ejercicio, y hasta parece como si lo estuviera disfrutando. Esto es algo muy profundo para reflección. No va a ser nada fácil vencer a este Gladiador.
