Can anybody tell me how to get the stain level button to work.its meant to work with the jeans programme but I pressed it & nothing happened?

I bought this machine a couple of weeks ago and I'm very happy with it, the only thing I can't seem to get to work is the kg function. I set it to cotton or synthetic and it should tell me the weight of the load on the digital screen, but nothing comes up......if anyone has info please get back to me

We just bought this machine and used it for the first time with cotton clothes. The Kg detector indicator didn't eliminate at all. Is this normal. Can anyone tell me how this kg detector function works.

Whites, cottons, cotton + prewash is e best cycles, you can change the stain level (L1, L2, L3)

Hi, I just bought this machine. In the instruction book it kind of says you can only use liquid detergent. Is this correct, can you not use powder? Thanks

ive mainly used it on rapid 30/44 minutes and change between 1000 and 800 spin speed

I just bought this washing machine and first time running,i put on Eco mix 20, but my next wash will be Rapid 30.everything can be done in one go,I use this one on my last machine that was a Beko good machine,but it pack up so i bought this candy and pleased with it so far.
