@MidnightNebulas I would want to bite into soft chewy candy, too. If it's personal, they give the end to the buyer. If it's a store batch, they sell it like it is. I saw they had a few ends on the shelves. Other places like Lofty will just throw it away if the staff don't take it. Candylabs also throws it out. To make another normal batch would take many ends, and so stock piling a bunch of ends so you can make one batch doesn't make sense space, time, or money-wise. The ends cost mere cents.

i think that means you dislike the sound! when some humans hear certain noises they find unpleasant, it creates a "teethy hurty" feeling, idk what the science behind it is. a really common one for people is markers on paper.
