Both piston seals were too small for the hydrolic tubes.. would not hold water nor pressure to work AT ALL.. finally filled everything with water even with the leaks.. but the water just leaks/squirts out of the pistons when i move the handles.. this is the SECOND set I've bought bc the first one the tubes the pistons go in broke while trying to assemble.. so upsetting.. we spent HOURS setting this up.. so disappointing.

I will be seeking a full refund. Got an hour into the thing to find a note buried in this video that we have an "old model" and are missing parts. I don't see a note in the box to that effect. Only this video suggests we have an old model. I sent a note to customer service and heard nothing back about the supposed parts they'd send us. So we pushed through. It took days to assemble, and my nine-year-old's heart filled with anticipation. We finally got to adding the tubes only to discover they would not draw water at all. We painstakingly pulled drips of water into the lines over 20 minutes - my arm is still sore - and got enough water in one to try. Attached it, pulled the lever, and watched it POUR water all over the device. It's like a cruel joke.
