When you say bullish reversal pattern does this mean that if it was going in an uptrend before at the appearance of the bullish hammer meaning it would now go in a downtrend?

Hi Rayner, This may be stupid but will it be still called a hammer even if the sellers are in control? (Red hammer). Is it still a sign of bullish momentum? what about a green shooting star? thanks man

What does it mean don't trade in isolation

Why did you say that the last two candles you pointed at this video were not hammer pattern? I am curious since the lower wicks of those two candles were at least twice the candle body?

it will be considered as hammer if the size of the Body is Thrice as the size of the Wick

Never trade by watching candlestick pattern only...use more then 2 conformation before entering..

I think that it means that you should see what's happening in the patterns before. For example if you have 5 bearish patterns and then 1 bullish, I guess you should not immediately go long but instead wait to see if it's the trend is actually reversing or not...?

it means don't trade based on only seeing a candlestick such as a hammer. Use it in combination with other confluences such as trendlines, support resistance, fibs etc etc.

I did'nt understand last point 'isolation' one.
