On August 5th, 2022 evening, a large number of Sri Lankans gathered at the iconic landmark Los Angeles 6th Street bridge and carried out a Candlelight Vigil very successfully against the present corrupt Sri Lankan administration. This event was organized to highlight the repression and undemocratic methods unleashed by the Current SL Government on the fellow Sri Lankans who are continuously protesting in Sri Lanka demanding the change of the corrupt political system and a clean General Election.
