Thank you. One of my biggest issues is the wicking and how is it supposed to burn. Many of the sculptures or molded candles will have a lot of leftover after burning. How much is ok? Do we care more about how long it last burning or how much it spills out to the side? Is it ok if it just tunnels and still has the look or shape on the outside? Thank you Marion!!

It really depends. First of all, I do not advise to burn my decorative candles and secondly I do underwick them on purpose to tunnel rather than spill. It is my preference.

Hi Marion! thank you for your videos! it is helping with my candle making journey! i have more doubts hehehe, how to control the wax temperature and the room temperature? after that the colour saturation, for your black candles how many "drops" or mg of colours do you use?

Controlling the wax and the room temperature is pretty simple, you need to stick with what works for you. For the black candles I test my colour on a white ceramic tile, I do not weight it

one of my friends gave me some feedback and said the only complaint he had was the candle burned fast, my question is how do i make it where my candles burn longer?

I bought wicks but they have a metal part at the bottom and as i see you never have that, is it not necessary for moulded candles? I tried so hard to make it work with them but its impossible & if its not necessary ill just cut them of at the bottom!

No you don’t need the metal bit. The metal piece is designed for container candles to glue the wick down.
