This conversation was amazing. I just recently started self-talk that God loves me. I say it over and over in the hopes I will transform my self-esteem after living a life of feeling not worthy. I do appreciate Joyce’s and Gingers messages.

Fab analogy at 2.00 min's, or there abouts. The ability joyce has to express her understanding of the word & to then convey it, to others... is truly impressive ❤

I just recently went to a wedding on my own. Prior to the wedding I was feeling a particular type of way, going alone. Then I remembered, I'm never alone and GOD is with me, therefore I will have the very 'best' alongside me. Such timing, such confirmation ✝

Now I just love Joyce Meyer and I listened to her for over eight years almost every single day. I used to affectionately call her Mama Joyce. God has given her so much revelation about how to have the kind of Godly, healthy relationships with other people and how to walk in a Godly life. I can't tell you how much she has helped me and God used her to change me in such important ways! But, I would hear Joyce talk about "who you are in Christ" over and over and something would stick in my heart about the importance of that, but I couldn't really figure out what that meant and I'd ask God about that. About eight years ago, Andrew Wommack started coming on the tv after my morning viewing of Joyce's program and I would half listen, but then I began to hear someone talk about who I am in Christ in a new, deeper way! Yes, we are loved in Christ and yes we are new creations. That's not little stuff either. But did you know that in the finished works of Jesus you are also healed? You are set free from bondages. You have authority against the enemy. You have His anointing and power to do everything He calls you to do. It's been some years walking in this, but I think perhaps in Andrew and then some others (like Creflo Dollar and many other fine Bible teachers God's led me to listen to) I heard someone who believed the Word and stood on the Word to see what God promised come to pass. I had an earth-shattering lens shift on my walk in Him (almost like being born again, again!) and I'm still scratching that vast surface, but I have more hope and more victory in my life than I ever did before, and the last decade has had some pretty staggering difficulties that I'm not sure I would have survived or my loved one if I didn't have that deeper understanding of who I am in Christ. It gave me such a deep appreciation for ALL that Christ did for me and gave me increasing confidence to walk that out in His power everyday. Much of the church isn't talking about this and we're missing out on a deeper understanding of what He has provided and that His Word and His promises to us aren't just something we hope He will do for us, but that we can stand confidently KNOWING that He will perform His Word as we stand on His promises to us! Anyway, I love, love, love Joyce, but in certain areas like this one, go deeper. God gives every teacher a different revelation and anointing and I think He's gifted Joyce in amazing areas that are so empowering to the body of Christ, but some other anointed teachers have been given revelation in some of these areas and you can benefit there too.

I’m so frustrated because I keep trying to find creative ways to be content with being a MAN and I’m honestly fuming through everyday at this point because y’all got actual identities in Christ but in Christ I’m just a ruined pervert who lost my personality to the devil unless I’m allowed to disagree with God says about his will for men and women and it’s like how am I gonna maintain faith when my faith just seems to be causing me mental illness and anxiety anger and self hatred I’m existentially in a crisis and I don’t think I’ve ever not been suicidal and I do know God’s perfect peace but it takes too much maintenance for me to keep it long enough to not spiral into like 10 fits a day to be honest I don’t know what he expects from me practically or why I should have any hope for this life at all

Joyce Myer is a good lady. But the Bible says a woman shouldn't be a pastor. Because it's a Man's Job to be in the pulpit. I understand she means well and wants to speak the word I respect that part. But the Bible says a woman shouldn't be a pastor.
