Unlock the gimbal to achieve 30 degrees higher in the DJI settings. Then aim the camera all the way up, fly backwards at full speed, and slowly pan down for a very cool shot! I think you should give that a try! Check out my "Midwest farm" video at .22 seconds for a reference! Happy flying!

Gonna be heading to that same strip of hotels soon... Amazing video! Anything o need to know or any tips about drone regulations there, and in the airport? Also not sure about the height restriction there. Thanks!
