My fiancé and I are looking into this resort for our honeymoon. For the ocean front swim up suite, how much sun did you get throughout the day in your rooms swim up pool and loungers?

Thinking about going in June. Someone said to only drink bottle water and do not drink the ice. How do you drink mixed drinks if you can not drink the ice?

Was there a swim up bar attached to the swimming pool outside your room?

My fiancé and I just booked this resort for our honeymoon in July, I can’t wait 😊 did you have to make reservations for any of the restaurants? I know that was an issue with other places when I was researching.

Booked ours for June! And I have the same question. From what I have found so far, only certain restraunts you have to make reservations as they get busy. And I assume being there in June-july it may be busy.

Did they have floaties you can use in the pools?

Glad you had a wonderful vacation at Haven. I have a question. I noticed mention of a pool for the serenity club members in some trip advisor reviews. Yet I don't see the pool on the map. Is there one? We are going to be at Haven the first two weeks of May.

The large round pool is Serenity only. There is a breakfast lunch restaurant there that was Serenity only too.

It’s shared with 4 other rooms, so it’s semi private ☺️ But most of the time, we were the only ones using our pool!

How was the beach? I’m trying to find out if there are any months when it’s clear?

The beach is pretty full of seaweed, but you’ll find this at pretty much any resort in Cancun. It definitely lessens this time of year though!

Did you ever find yourselves bored throughout your stay? We want to come for our 1st wedding anniversary, but we have seen reviews stating there is nothing to do. We are pretty laid-back (not partiers). But we like Included watersports and daily acitivies. How did you find those options?

We never did, only because we love laying by the pool doing nothing 😂 There is some nighttime entertainment, but this is a very chill resort. You can always leave during the day for excursions, but we never did since we were looking for a relaxing vacation by the pool 😆

The only activity I ever saw was pool float yoga. Nothing and I mean nothing else goes on.

What are the must have foods/ restaurants you don’t want to miss?

I can't tell for sure how it's laid out on the other side of the swim-out pool. Did you have servers come by to take drink orders at all while you were in the pool outside your room?

Yes! The waiters come straight to your swim out pool for drink orders ☺️

The resort looks great! However, I have read that the seaweed is horrendous, beach is stinky and not swimmable. :(

There are so many ways to book ☺️ We use Apple Vacations and Vacation Express. But you can also book directly through the website, or a lot of people use Expedia!
