I am a Capricorn who was in a 14 year relationship with A cancer, even married her. she was my everything, my universe, my life, the center or my world, she was the only person who can catch my gaze and keep it, she has my heart and my soul. unfortunately things didn't work out and we got a divorce which broke me, I guess she just gave up on me. yes i agree Cancers give love and affection to everyone even the undeserving and they do not get back love which makes them go cold and distant. Cancers can turn into Capricorns when the world does not reciprocate their warmth.

I think your ideas about Capricorns are little bit off. And even though I am a Capricorn I can guarantee you that I am saying these things in an unbiased way. The things I am fin to say can even be backed up by science based websites and books on zodiac signs. Yes, the Capricorn can be stern and very intense when you first meet them, but it is mainly b/c the Capricorn tends to think about probabilities of something working out; all the time. For example, if a Capricorn tends to give you a very intimidating look or is very quiet, it is b/c the Capricorn is trying to figure you out as a person. The Capricorn is trying to figure out if the friendship will work. When the Capricorn feels warm around you and feels like u are a stable person; they will become humorous and will no longer be stern. Even though Capricorns are very ambitious and can be workaholics the also love being with family, which is there #1 priority in life. One of the reasons why capricorns and cancers are so compatible with each other is b/c Capricorns have trouble talking about their emotions (for some reason it is hard to describe ever detail we experienced and the receiver can become quite confused when listening to us talk. So we tend not to discuss it so much.) but we love listening to other people's emotions, yet cancer's are both ways they want to know what another person is feeling ( and won't stop until they got their answer) yet they need someone who can also care about what they themselves are feeling. Also Capricorns,like u said, are a very dominant figure and we tend to love ppl who depend on us and who want us to help them become better citizens. A Capricorn will even put there hatred for an enemy aside to help do group work and get things done. Cancers, who can be both independent and dependent, help us feel important and that is also one of the reasons Capricorns can be so attracted to the sign.

Totally agree with you Ayana Fletcher on some Capricorn attributes, being one myself. We do try to figure out people, because our sign is about security/stability. We can top those mountains, because we're careful about our steps. We don't take that step unless it's stable footing. Also, agree about the family. My family is definitely and always has been my #1 priority. I just learned how to combine it with my career goals too. My partner is a Cancer and there is some balancing we had to learn, but we're thriving. :)

U go girl. Im also a cancer too but I have capricorn in my sun and cancer in my moon. It such a struggle for me to bounce back and fourth on these two signs. At one pt. Im completely cold than another im completely warm. I drives myself nuts. However noone knows that im Moody until someone pushes me far to the point of no return. Most of my moodiness is within and it is a struggle for me everyday to think first before I act. It really sucks cause it is a forever internal conflict of mine. I try not to let my mood over take my logic, but your right it feels like no matter how much your good to family and friends. They will never return the same appreciation for you. I guess the thing I struggle with the most is unappreciative people. Example cooking dinner for a picky person who not only ridicule your cooking but also careless about how much work you put into it. I can understand thank you but maybe cut back on the pepper. so happy that you explained the cancer personality very well.

so glad I saw you. I am a Capricron and as many people as I come into contact with, you fit things together! i made a cap vs can relationship work by making a goal to make my partner happy. you know how we are about goals and it totally true. once that is clear to a Cancer the channel to your future is laid. Only success. But I will say the Capticorn has to be knowledgeable of their goals and the "why" to obtain support.

Oh yeah what about this.......I'm a Taurus born with Venus conjunct Moon in Cancer 12th house and also Cancer ascendant. Very torturous. Venus in Cancer is 1 of the worst placements and to make is worst it's in the 12th house. Its destroying my life. So what you think about that?

You describe the two very well. I have cancer sun with Capricorn moon & Capricorn rising. This can be a crazy mix. I am very logical as well as super intuitive. I'm learning to embrace both sides.

My Ascendant/Rising sign is Cancer, Mars in Capricorn (and sun, mercury, saturn, pluto signs Scorpio). I am having family issues right now that is fitting what you are describing about taking in so much of my family member(s) issues before myself and it is so stressful, but I am learning to move forward from this. Interesting to find out that you have a Libra moon, which you obviously know is square to each other. I am a Cancer with a Pisces moon. So that pairing works well in my chart, however, I have an Aries Rising and an Aries Mars, which is square to my sun and because of that, I find that I give the wrong impression a lot of the time. I've studied astrology for a few years now and I'm impressed by your description of both signs. I'm a Cap and you have summarized very well some key points of the saturnine mind. What I like about your knowledge is that I felt like you were talking from experience rather than just something you have heard or read. This is always the impression I get from other KZreadrs on astrology. There's so MUCH misinformation circulating in pop culture astrology; people falling, for example, into the frivolous trappings of the "vs", like which sign is the best kisser, or the most intelligent, the most romantic, and that kind of nonsense that really only undermines real astrology, making it look like a game, a joke. I'm glad you didn't fall into these distorted views on astrology but rather kept it reasonable, informative, serious yet with a charismatic outlook of both signs without leaving the impression that one sign is better than another which, frankly, is a typical attitude that the layman often likes to convey because of ignorance or even ill intentions. Great video ! I'm a Capricorn with a moon in Cancer and let me just say... it's not an easy one! 🤣 i'm used to dealing with contradicting waves of thoughts and emotions. I'm also very often at war with myself which can be very confusing and tiring. But i've learned to let these opposite placement support and relay each other in a "friendly" way to cover any type of situation. Having opposite placements for your sun and your moon can be very stormy, but it can also be a source of strengh. I feel like it could be a good idea to reassure people who have strong oppositions in their chart like this one. To me, the key is understanding the constant inner war going on might just be a way of discovering that no planets actually has to win, and that by accepting both sides of your personnality you will realize how strong and complete you are. I think that works for any oppositions 😀

I am a capricorn. I am also not too keen on astrology. But after living many years and having many relationships I have found that the most heart-felt relationships have been with cancers. im a cancer here!!! every time I've been strongly drawn to someone romantically it has been capricorn. i found this to be super accurate! my rising is capricorn. i believe cancers are family centered, but we are just as driven to our career through emotional initiation! so it's not that one is domestic and the other isn't, (which is what most websites say), our cardinal initiation is emotional, which can result in a very hard worker if the energy is channeled correctly. i do love to cook, feed, and mother people though so lol

im a cancer and im with a capricorn since 3 years...he can read me very well but often he hurt me but he dont want to lose me for sure...i dont know about the future but i really wanna be with him for forever :)

I have Venus conjunct Mercury conjunct descendant in Capricorn, and I think it makes me somewhat a perfectionist, along with my Saturn conjunct MC.

I am Cancer Moon/Venus. I find Caps dependable but reserved regarding their feelings. It's challenging. It doesn't flow naturally, like pulling teeth.

I'd like to add a different outlook if that is okay. I hope this does not cause a troll or two to appear. Being a cancer, you know we run for the hills when drama starts. I am a man dating another man. I discovered this lovely Capricorn. I can say to you I've never had someone that actually is like the opposite side of a magnet. Its like his strong confident energy draws me in. At the same time, I'm mindful enough to see what he is doing is for intention, direct intention. He's very determined to achieve his goals. He's already jumped into applying for jobs after a short time being here. I find that this opposite, cardinal family-based mentality helps us maintain a connection even though we are opposites. It seems as a determination for both of us to keep the relationship in light of my emotional stresses and his powerful desire to achieve a goal. I've been through some material in astrological signs in man / man relationships. I know that I'm an emotional person. Everyone knows it. Criticism drives me nuts. But my partner is just too funny. Instead of reacting with bitter criticism, he draws dry sarcastic humor into the situation. I've always found sarcasm funny in the right light. I find it very flirtatious and attractive. Men are more prone to being tolerant of sarcasm. In a non-traditional relationship like this,I can say that I don't believe personality traits differ too much across gender in the astrological signs. If anything, being the way we are in our orientation, the opposite-attraction phenomena seems to be much, much stronger. My Capricorn is exceptionally tolerant of me. I've said a few things that looking over I have not been proud of. Not about him, but about some situations in my life. He gives familiar insight and advice to resolving my emotional equations, and is a huge support system. I am a born care-taker. He is a born care-giver. And we both care about each other quite a lot. Though saying the word "love" comes a bit easier for me, he's stated he doesn't use that word at all, never has. But I'm very, very in tune with what he's feeling. I've been that way all my life. The thing between a Cancer in a Capricorn and why it creates the most successful relationship is because he doesn't have to say how he feels or deal with the stress of getting it out. I already know how he feels most times. I told him that its okay if he does not say "I love you", because his strong, loyal, deliberate actions to stay with me speak louder than those words ever will. The man never wants to give up a fight to see me. Words are just words. But to me and many others, actions speak louder. If he is reading this, and I know he may, I do love him. I know that he may not say it back, but he makes me feel so protected, does all kinds of things like cook me dinner or drive out of his way to assure me everything is all right, spend long hours trying to understand me, and boy is he a good listener. I've been warned about what happens when a Cancer and a Capricorn grow angry with each other. I hope this never happens. But I think both of our determination will help it work. everything u said is so true . im a cancerian . i often wonder if i do good to ppl then y dont the ppl do the same so yeah that is really hurting and cancerians do get offensive alot
