Duvalier had Luc Desir execute 3 of my mom's brothers. They were tied down to the old HASCO train tracks. Desir then had them ran over simultaneously with a train. My grandma had to give them a closed casket funeral. Shortly after, he ordered the arrest of her husband, my grandpa, who died in Fort Dimanche, a political prisoner, all because he was defending a family in court, one which was being persecuted by the VSN. But viv Duvalier, right?

But we all have to tell the world -- and each other -- about what really happened. Otherwise, it will be forgotten. You see what is happening already? -- there are now admirers of Duvalier, people who don't know about what he did, or who never had to suffer from his crimes. If you can't write about it yourself, then find a serious writer who will help you.

I believe Carnaval Teleco was Webert Sicot's theme for Carnaval 1969 ("Teleco pou nou sonnen lotri nasyonal")

This is grossly offensive. I tried to report it as such, but KZread would not even allow me to finish the report. What is KZread's interest in promoting this murderer? What if KZread allowed a video that is dedicated to Hitler? I'd love to see what American Jews would have to say about it. But because Haiti is a poor country with little influence, this is allowed. This man killed over 30,000 -- that we know of -- in a very tiny, very poor country. Many of them elderly -- grandmothers and grandfathers, children who did no one any harm, just for the pleasure of killing. And 526 people like this video? What is this world coming to? Clearly, these are people who have no idea what Duvalier did, or who profited from his crimes.
