Use Sauce sauce and squeeze calamansi next time then the chili should be on that little bowl, and then dip the chicken in it for extra flavor and a little bit of kick. Also that kinda orangey oil,put it on the top of the java rice and you can put some soy sauce with kalamansi and chili . That's the correct way of eating Mang inasal.

I also try the Past large in Manga inasal today. The chicken grilled just right and juicy! The price so cheap for me, special I need more protein 😂

You can always ask for a soup because filipinos like soup, we submerge our rice with soup always. Also that soup is not seafood, just made with different seasoning. I doubt there's any seafood in it haha.

Try to find the traditional Halo Halo which has no colorful gelatin, all fruits

The only thing I'd do different here is to eat Mang Inasal with your hands (it's encouraged in that restaurant...don't do that at all of the restaurants, lol)

You mispronounced Bangus sisig. It's BANG - NGUS or simply call it milkfish

Grilled chicken is more delicious than fried..they are just different in taste
