Of course all beautiful, well played or sung, but the average of the members of both the band and the choral is high, very high I would say. How come there are no younger musicians? Something is wrong with the Salvation Army movement, perhaps it must be renewed in presenting itself to the "people of the world"? Aren’t these uniforms obsolete? They may have been fine 150 years ago, but 21st century with a war going on, people, get it over with these military names, you still think it’s time to insist on these real-world "divisions".

The younger musicians are in the youth bands and songsters and will graduate to the senior bands in due time. There’s no lack of younger musicians!
