$15 thousand dollars is more than 3million pakistani rupees and if $20 thousand dollar is mire than 4million pakistani rupees its a lot money in pakistan for now days and its only programme fees if you include visa fees, air tickets, accomadition in canada, food and all necessary requirments so its mean you need atleast 5 to 6 million pakistani rupees to go and study in canada or get pr in canada

I have done MBA from London in 2009 and have WES equivalency as well of master. Age 39, am I eligible for this? If yes block account is not essential in it, right? In which case as my post graduate degree is from London and I have done ielts back in 2006 so ielts should be exempted in my case. Kindly guide.
