Canada Why Aren't We Using Our Natural Resources?

In this episode of The Wise Old Owl Podcast, we welcome back Daniel Foch, a renowned expert in real estate and housing policies. We dive deep into the current administration's efforts to tackle the housing crisis, the impact of budget changes, and the recent hike in capital gains tax. Daniel shares his insights on accelerated depreciation for investors, the inefficiencies in Canada's permit processing times, and innovative solutions like the first home buyer savings account.
We explore the implications of increasing capital gains tax on investments and how it affects the housing market, with discussions on policies designed to incentivize long-term asset holding. We also touch on the challenges of the construction industry, the potential for modular homes, and the importance of natural resource management in Canada's economic future.

We have these issues because of Stakeholders Fascism. When any government officials use the term Stakeholders just know your interests are last but your the first to hold the bill

Canada is a resource warehouse for the USA, it is not allowed to freely sell its stock without permission. Without factories for processing, Canada is forced to part with its raw materials cheaply and later import the processed goods at a higher price. This arrangement is akin to that of resource rich African nations with its European owners.

Canada has more lakes then all the rest of the world, more then all countries yet has no inland fresh water fishery, or very little. It could be a great way to end native and rural poverty.

The "free" market is how we got into this mess. If the people managing your economy have decided that they want to sell unlimited citizenships while growing government instead of fixing the payment imbalances within the country and between other countries you get the problems we have now.

The only way out of this disaster reversing how we got into it. And we only begin to do that by telling the truth.

The turn around will take about 3 years after our woke leaders leave Ottawa, in the meantime people will go hungry with our Canadian dollar's value dropping an inflation rates will skyrocket
