I don't know about the chicken flavoured seasoning or if that one is new, but when i came to Canada, i brought chicken maggi and many sachets of chicken seasoning. Maybe it's a new thing

When you submit your passport what else and how long did it take you to get your stamp?

Nothing else, after submitting it takes a maximum of one month to get back the stamped passport
