The restraint of everyone on set is mindblowing! The way she always rolled her eyes when confronted with the truth made me want to punch her dim light out and whenever she succeeded a challenge, she either couldn't compute that she did it because she listened to advice for once, or she immediately went back to denying that she is a bad driver and chose to forgot all she just learned over admitting that the instructors were right about her, making every success of her frustrating and undeserved! She ALMOST got the lesson in the final episode, much to my surprise, but then she went back to denial in the end! 😵

Just seeing the amount of rage Brandon displayed in previous episodes, there is no way I would have gotten in the car with him for that final drive.

Brittany is one of the biggest success stores I've seen in the few seasons I've watched. A lot of these people transform from "going to kill someone" to "slightly below average to average driving", but goddamn if Brittany doesn't look like she's actually become a good driver. And she seems to enjoy feeling competent with it. I had the biggest smile watching her scenes this episode. I hope she continued to enjoy mastering safe driving at home.

That's why I love that in my country the driver instructor has pedals at he's feet, controlling the clutch if manual, brake and gas. Brandon's test could easily turn into a disaster.

It's not that he combs because he's tone deaf, he likely combs because he's so stressed he can't *not* comb. He's absolutely someone who should never be behind the wheel.

I’m so happy for Brittany. She was genuine and put the effort in by studying at night . How did Alexis be such a bad driver with a child . And he bad driving is because she doesn’t pay attention and lack of caring . Brandon is just oblivious to reality. How did he get his G1 with out knowing what a one way sign is. Like come on !!!

There was multiple worst driver shows in the world, I'm not sure any lasted more than a few seasons. They were highly competitive, CWD has this "we're helping them" streak and that may be the reason it's so popular.

I will never get over just how bad these drivers are, especially Brandon. Like, how on earth do you not only get in 35 accidents in less than a year, but also think you should continue driving while all this is going on?

I still wonder how Brandon even got his license in the first place...

I never knew the "running commentary" was a thing. I always thought that was just in my head. I've always done that

XXX's Worst Driver has had one or two seasons in a number of countries, but only Canada has had it running for fourteen years straight. I think the main reason for that success is the charisma of the host. It is really difficult to tell people that they suck at something and make fun at them and not come across as a big asshole. Andrew manages to be charming and understanding while not being soft on the participants. That's a real talent.

well ours is pretty much lost media now, lasted for 2 or 3 seasons cant remember, from then SBS, which was bought by Discovery, which is now WBD and we had a single season of worst handyman on another station, which is not related to SBS, still remember our first season of worst driver, we had one, doing 260km/h on the freeway, normal is 130km/h at most

Brandon: "I'm not the type of person to read a book". That explains why he doesn't know his road signs and doesn't understand the concept of a red light. Not to mention that he has no spacial awareness and blames his lack of driving abilities on other road users. 1.Get the guy some mental health specialist 2.Never allow him to acquire a new license to drive or ride anything with an engine Alexis should still lose her license as her lack of focus or care will get someone killed. On the other hand, Brittney learned a lot, did some studying and earned the right to drive her family. So at least there was some good news :)

You shouldn't need a book to understand red lights and one way arrows. That whole drive was scary. I agree that kid should never be allowed to even test for a license again. Also agree about both Alexis and Brittney. Brittney was great and seems to have learned, Alexis isn't safe yet.

However, he had the opportunity to study and talk to Tim about stuff he wasn't sure about. He chose not to. Also , I have my doubts about him not driving after the show.

I couldn't agree with you more. When you spend hours on end combing your hair to look like a Justin Beiber look alike and zero hours reading, it's a problem. It does make me question his upbringing. It goes to show that your child has been raised correctly, so they won't be a danger when they get their license.

@@3sray1 FWIW, CBC did a follow-up on Alexis a month ago and her driving improved quite a bit. She drove around a CBC reporter and the drive was flawless. But yeah, if I hadn't seen that video, I would've thought the same about Alexis. Agree with everything else.

God I miss this show. I've watched it since I was 5.

I feel sad that this show ended. It was one of the best tv shows, ever.

He had some problems a few years ago along with multiple other channels publishing CWD, eventually they changed their mind, this year he was even endorsed by the FB page.

At least Brandon kept his promise, he may be the worst driver, but I think Alexis was a worse person - Ultimately, I think Brandon will be better off in life.

In the 7th episode, Brandon did say that he was willing to lose his driver for as long as it was needed. That alone was an amazing thing of his part and why I believe he was better than Alexis.

Brandon looks like a nice kid but he can kill someone and gets angry to easy

Wow. Brittany sure did surprise in this challenge. That break through sure seems to do it for her, very good! But it amazes me why 'paying attention' would not be Number One when taking the wheels out for a spin. ;)

I would agree with that statement but he is also showing signs of having a major concussion / brain injury related to the crashes... he needs more help then just a tv show its crazy they don't do any cat scans or anything to look and see are these people seriously injured with after effects of a concussion before putting them thru all this stress that will only make the time longer to mentally heal.

I legit used to do this for a solid year or two after I stopped wearing a wristwatch 😅

Now that Brandon is no longer driving, that makes Alexis Canada's worst driver.

Sadly, this was a public service. Brandon just couldn't decipher the most basic rules of traffic.

Mirrors a "useless attachment"? WTF???? This show needs to be brought back. There isn't a day where I don't see people where I wonder how they got their license and we all pay for them through our insurance premiums.

I seriously thought it would be Alexis, but Brandon is definitely worse. I hope he gets help and doesn't have another accident if he decides to start driving again. Thanks again for posting werevirus. See you next season.

I think they would have been leaning towards Alexis because it was clear none of them could stand her attitude. Brandon, however, decided to have the worst final drive since Kevin and that Chinese lady and they couldn't not give it to him

Good to hear if true. Alexis' final drive was bad, but it wasn't horrible like Brandon or other finalists in previous seasons. Brittany was a shocker in how much she improved and I thought for sure previously that she would win it all. Just goes to show that all those people who keep claiming CWD is fake that it isn't and its nice to see that some people who go on the show actually have some if not major improvement in their driving after they leave.

Brandon and Krystal are 2 of the most Neurotic individuals ever on the show.

I used to watch every episode of this series. It’s so good! I really have an addition towards some Canadian shows.

Overall, I was really surprised by Brittany's seemingly complete turnaround. She impressed me quite a bit. I was thinking for the longest time that Alexis would wind up the worst, but Brandon truly deserved the title. I really enjoyed this season, and I'm looking forward to whatever season 15 has to offer.

Brandon's final exam drive was pretty bad, but far from the worst in CWD history which is pretty scary.

Kevin couldn't see in one eye... But both him and Brandon have the same issue with their whole attitude towards driving, getting emotional and pissed very easily.

@@jm036 Kevin was worse because he drove on the incoming traffic lane and is unaware that he was approaching an oncoming car. This made Andrew to nullify the entire final drive all together. Oh and Kevin initially refused to burn up his license

Brandon was worse than both Krystal and Kevin. The amount of mistakes made by Brandon was far greater. Also, he caused the most dangerous situations by far. It's only due to Andrew that he did not turn into oncoming traffic on the one way streets, and its dumb luck they did not have a collision with all the red lights he ran, as well as the illegal uturns and turns. But the worst violation was the stop sign by the bus. It's nothing but sheer dumb luck that at least three people was not injured or worse. Yes, Krystal drove like a maniac, and Kevin did turn into oncoming traffic. But Krystal still made much fewer dangerous mistakes, and Kevin turned into oncoming traffic just after it had changed from red to green. Yes it was dangerous, but the traffic was slow. Brandon could easily have injured both of them severely that day. He is the worst by far - ever.

@@AB-80X Actually the amount of moving violations Brandon committed was 11 in total. The amount Kevin did in season 9 was MORE THAN 13. And that was before reaching the highway (he never did the highway part because the test was nullified but Jesus Christ if I see Kevin on the highway). Not to mention running red lights and nearly getting into a collision with 2 cars and a bus when turning from the middle lane. The oncoming tops everything off and Kevin doesn't seem to notice until that driver honked at him. And Krystal... Well she's careless. Better skilled than Brandon but just careless. And the only driver who texts and drive during the road test. I can't blame ya tho Brandon was terrible and was also painful to watch. And Brandon prob could have turned against a one way street but Andrew had to remind him for the sake of everyone else. Imo Kevin is still the worst. In fact I think there may be other drivers that could drive worst than Brandon possibly Lance from season 6 who had an anxiety attacking the middle of the drive and had to be taken away by EMS. Dale might be to for her terrible memory (if only she hadn't ran away that is...). Flora too for driving on the crosswalk and nearly colliding at a two way stop sign.

the fact these people had their license in the first place is just mind blowing... and unfortunate for whoever encounters them

Amazing job Brittany! Canada is so proud, a PERFECT drive? That's incredible she has obviously benefited so much from this experience... good for her. Rehabilitated!

I remember failing my drivers test the first time and I was no where close to how these people drive idk how they get their license

WOW! I was actually emotional when I watched Brittany pass with flying colors. Congratulations to her. really shows what motivation can do to someones will to become a better person and driver.

You can feel the tension behind his eyes before he let's his pride drive him to the highway. It's amazing they let him drive for so long.

they need to bring this show back for season 15 and do another "worst driver ever"

One of the only reality TV shows I've ever been able to stand. Actually seems to have the goal of helping people over just entertainment, has far less drama, and doesn't have that edge of meanness most other reality shows have.

makes me laugh that the fact that the two last finalist really thought he would cut her license. It's such a brilliant way to show everyone how the both of them never really studied about anything of driving and in legal terms. It makes me laugh about the fact also that they would've just let him cut her license and just go away crying instead of suing him for this offense. The fact that they are so badly educated about their rights is proving the point that they are not ready to be mature adults running this world.
