Canada’s Biggest Problems | Pierre Poilievre | EP 253

This conversation was recorded on May 9, 2022.
Pierre Poilievre, a life-long conservative, is the current front-runner in the Canadian federal Conservative Party's leadership race, and a contender for the next Prime Minister of Canada. Mr. Poilievre has served as a trusted senior cabinet minister in Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s government and as a Member of Parliament for seven terms. He grew up in Calgary and graduated from the University of Calgary with a degree in International Relations.
We discussed his election efforts, Canada’s energy infrastructure and economic policy, as well as Poilievre’s mission to tackle the housing crisis, lower the cost of living, defund Canadian media, and develop Canadian natural resources.
To vote for Pierre Poilievre as the conservative leader you must become a member: www.pierre4pm.ca/membership

Thank you, Dr. Peterson for this important discussion. I admire you both and not just because we're all Albertans (hello from Medicine Hat!). I hope you will actually speak with Mr. Polievre again - this chat could easily have gone another two hours, so please do make it happen. I would also be very interested to hear you speak with Dr. Leslyn Lewis. Everyone I know, including myself, feels that Pierre's time is now - but Dr. Lewis is fantastic, and I hope to vote for her in a future federal election, as well.

Money is created at the point of loan approval. Why can private banks "coin" currency and collect usury based on fractional reserves. Frderal governments should "coin" 100% currency and can issue credit for real real assets where the land or projected house or building is its own backing for the full-reserve locally asministered banking system.

It's even rarer to have a prominent politician engage in an interview specifically with someone like Jordan Peterson, given all the (unjust) negative press associated with them. It's no secret that The Media strongly dislikes and tries to smear anyone critical of Radical Leftism, Jordan Peterson especially, let alone in Canada which is traditionally much more left leaning compared to our southern counterparts. So to have a mainstream politician willing to overlook that superficial negative press and actually engage in good faith with someone that won't softball questions, well it's refreshing to say the least.

This Guy lure in a bunch of innocent Canadians to the Truckers convoy alongside BJ Dichter and Dagny Pawlawk, and then when it cane time to standing up for us, Pierre went Quiet, BJ or Benjamin left, and dagny dissaperared. He lured innocent Canadians to be the patsies to their staged narrative in which Canadians got beat up by RCMP Globalist Goons along with the UN, American Mercenaries, Spied on by CSIS, and to top it off, the Canadian Government enacted the Emergency War Measures Act (A.K.A. Marshall Law) blaming on a meme country called Diagolon; they literally eneacted on a vetetan's Imagination named Jeremy MacKenzie (a podcaster). Pierre is Globalist's puppet answering the call by the elites, they are making him look like the Golden Boy but in reality he is a Trojan Horse. You have to have a Vax pass to go to his events which proves how prejudice he his. Don't Be fooled by his charm, his quick wit; and has anyone investigated his wife's bank account yet. Oh many Canadians are very aware with CSIS spying on us, the RCMP hiding evidence, giving themselves a 27% raise to their salary after the Trucker Convoy. And I guess Jordan hasn't quite caught up yet. He caught on to the Vax but not Pierre's truth to all of this.

@@michaelchong7818 Thanks Michael. So many people I know in Calgary lost their homes at that time. My understanding is people would just sell their house to the bank for $1 to dump the mortgage because of the insane interest rates at the time. We downsized to a smaller cheaper house and my mom could work at a Alberta govt run clinic so we didn’t starve but I remember family members going to the food bank. A year later I was 15 and could work so took two jobs (fast food ones) while in high school. Used to work until midnight and take the bus home in the winter and basically slept through school for a couple of years….then my father, unable to get any construction work eventually became the janitor at my high school (oh yeah fun). But all hardship can lead to good if you work hard. Eventually I got through university and did quite well working and living around the globe. But to say I despise Pierre Trudeau and everyone within his Liberal party with every element fiber of my being would be an understatement. I’m a 17 year old and I’m deeply conservative in values and beliefs. I am always called an old soul. Anyways, I’m very grateful for Dr. Peterson and Mr. Poilievre, even as an American.

I was raised liberal but I’m a person of reason so I land somewhere in the middle. However Pierre has impressed me because he has a clear, concise plan. He’s honest and he answers questions straight forward. He is refreshing, intelligent, humble, and fair. He’s a proud Canadian and he would represent us well on the world stage. He has definitely won me over and I am 100% voting for him in the next election. 🙌🏾

For my entire 62 year life, I voted Liberal and for the more recent elections, I voted NDP , but I have become so disillusioned with all three parties until Pierre came along and became the new Conservative leader. He is is someone I can and will vote for in the next election.

Same, grew up thinking Liberals were awesome because of all their social programs, ie:helping the poorest of us. Have since becoming a more aware adult that there are serious flaws in having the government being a part of so many aspects of the common person's life.

Pierre’s closing remarks really got me. The cost of inflation, my parents losing their jobs, the hypocrisy I see every day that makes my blood boil has been so damaging. But none of it compares to the sadness and emptiness I feel from losing my friends and family because the government told them it was for the best.

It's happening globally. Not just in Canada. These technocrats, bankers, manipulators are losing their grip. The legacy media is dead. People are fed up. Social media and narcissistic nitwits are their only saviour.

Of course he is chilled. He is not in an environment where he is getting called on his BS, when he does, he usually goes on the attack by deflecting and lying. This guy is not much into robust debate; insipid at best.

Am I the only one who realize the pattern in the cover of each videos ? The one with mohammed hijab is like darker and the lightning suggest that they are 2 ennemis, but this one is like they are friends... Brother Jordan Peterson, Islam is the religion of Jesus peace be upon him. It only means to submit to the creator. Christianism is not the religion of jesus Peace be upon him. Islam is not your ennemi. Its the last bastion against liberalism or the divinisation of pleasure.

These two brave men are singlehandedly saving Canada from the abyss of the past 2 years under the Trudeau government. Every day I grow closer to leaving the country I once knew and loved, but conversations like these give me hope that not all is lost yet. Keep moving forward, relentless and determined Dr. Peterson and Mr. Poilievre. I know I'll look back on this conversation once this is all over with a smile, knowing that it was your bravery (and countless others) that brought back the Canada I know and love. Thank you.

There's a LOT of us, we just have been brutally suppressed by all outlets of social media. The agenda seeks to squash all dissent. Don't give up yet, find your local protests and participate, they are going on almost every weekend all across the country (media will never admit that people don't like lord trudeau). You are not alone, and we are not on the wrong side of the social war.

Pierre is right in that people feel like they lost control over their lives. This is true about most people, not just Canadians. He is describing what people are feeling and their frustrations accurately. This is why Canadian and people in around the world are relating to him and supporting him.
