Try PNP first. If the job NOC code is in demand. That depends on the work experience she has. Study is always a good option but your wife who is already doing PHD would be difficult to answer Visa questions. Hope this clarifies.

Hello, try to use noc code in which you have Mac experience. At your age score would be more. All the best and also try to put application in SINP also. If you are in tech then try other tech pilots as well.
