CANADA IMMIGRATION: OUR STATUS 5 YEARS AFTER WE LANDED: What Happened to Us?
Hello everyone from Philippines to Canada and all over the world! I hope you are all doing good this weekend!
So last week, I have shared to you on what happened in our first 6 months in Canada, how we got our first jobs and how we adapted to the new culture.
In this video, I wanted to share to you about our timeline of achievements in our first 5 years since we arrived in Canada from scratch. I’m not a doctor, nor a businessman, nor a registered nurse, just an average guy, so definitely this can happen to everyone!
Now, when we arrived in Canada, we also start from scratch. We felt like we just graduated from school as the work experiences outside Canada are not all credited when you don’t have any Canadian experiences.
So that would be a good comparison of what the two countries can offer you in terms of living and working in these two countries.

Hello Priya, this might be a challenging for you but it's better to do airbnb/short rentals first for atleast 2 weeks to 1 month so that you can check neighbourhoods first before you make a long term rental contract. But we usually use Facebook Marketplace here to find a good house / condo to rent.
