I’m glad I managed to be directed in your vlog. I’m about to give-up my dream to work and reside in Canada permanently because my mind is disarray and I feel hopeless. I’m totally lacking motivation to pursue my dreams but after watching your videos , it inspire me not to give up and keep dreaming. Currently I’m searching Job opportunities via temporary worker program, but again thanks to you I will try to used the Saskatchewan Provincial Nominee Program. I fell in love in Regina, I told myself hopefully someday I can work there. I’m a registered nurse working in Saudi Arabia for 12 years and I’m keeping my finger cross I hope I can go there soon. @@justchizy this one is in the townhouses of Aerodrome Rd, the community is called Harbour Landing Neighbourhood. It's usually secured by a 1 month security deposit and 1 month advance. You can find some of these in Facebook Marketplace or in Varage.

Hello, this video is in Harbour Landing neighbourhood, also in South of Regina which is close to the UofR. But the closest neighbourhood in the UofR is the Hillsdale and Whitmore Park neighbourhood. They are also good, just a little bit older.

Haha! It's called electric unicycle! I like it better than e-scooter cause it gives me hands freedom. With that, I could operate cameras with both of my hands while riding. Thanks for watching!

Hello Sore, for this house, we rented it for $1,400 CAD but it is now currently rented to other tenants for $1,600 CAD.

Hello RD, thanks for watching my video! Never lock yourself into one position until your retirement. Continue upgrading or looking for better job and pay, if you can study, study further. You will get a lot of opportunities once you arrive and become PR in Canada. You will also have more opportunities if you have Canadian education. Same advice for all the members of family.

Hello Coin keeper! Congrats sainyo! Yup mabilis lang ung pag open ng power account pero kailangan niyo ng local govt ID. Unlike sa pinas, matagal ung change of service sa power, dito is within few minutes lang since electronic transfer lang ng account. They don't manually cut the power and replace the meter between registered account holders. The power you will use in the first days will be charged to the landlord. I suggest tell the landlord that you will just be arriving in Canada. Usually ang mga setup kasi sa newcomers since wala pang government IDs pagdating, naka all in rent with utilities.

Hi, its so difficult getting a good place when you are new in Regina, all the realtor companies keep asking for paystub. How can a student of UofR less than/about 2weeks old in the city have a paystub??? please can you share locations of where the 2bedrooms of 1,000 are? Also do this include utilities? Getting frustrated here please 😫

Hello Taiwo, have you tried checking Deveraux Apts? I know some of the students start there so they may have student deal, thus, more applicable to what you can provide for now. Bwalk is the cheapest one already that I know if for realtor. Also try checking in the FB marketplace for non-company renting.

Yeah, not good. When we were new, we had to stay for our friends basement for 6 months before we moved to Bwalk.

Sorry if that didn't make sense. for me, since I immigrated from Philippines, the dangerous for me is when the place is you can't use your phone on the street, you can't wear anything that is luxurious, or you always concern about someone will rob you while you are walking down a street. It doesn't happen here in Regina. Mostly crimes are vandalisms at night.

Hello brother! Yes, you should be able to get a part time job especially if you have the open work permit when you study in Canada. It is limited though to 20 hrs a week. Usually, those who accept students are the big grocery stores like Walmart and Superstore.
