I once went to the beach on the border between Washington State and British Columbia and there were two bald eagles on the Canadian side and two Canada geese on the American side. A beautiful display of brotherhood from the ornithological symbols of our great nations.

I helped a couple of Canada gosling over a curb once. Mom and dad goose came at me,tongues out and wings spread , ready to take my head off ! Because a stranger was near their kids, and they weren't having it ! Fearless!!!

A while back we had a coyote up by our pond, and there was no Canada gooses on the water. By the time I realized it was a coyote he was walking off. I was sitting up by the pond on the edge of the field with the 25-06 hoping I’d see him again. I was looking around the field and saw 4 or 5 Canada gooses and then I understood why he left and didn’t come back

I’d still consider them gooses to be pest species. I was enjoying a sandwich in the park and I put it down and looked away for a second and wouldn’t you know it but one of them illegal immigrants stole my sandwich from me. I tried to get it back but then there was a tussle and the dang bird bit my finger clean off. I say oil them goose eggs or get Canada to keep their gooses to themselves cuz we don’t want nothing to do with em.
