It’s a great point you made. It would be hard to know for scammers to determine if it’s an alt art or a standard super rare ect… however it seems a little weighable. Now I understand why people offload these onto the market and everytime I buy I never even get a super rare. 😢

I've pulled the donquixote doflamingo alt art from my booster box & so far in both boxes I've pulled more hits than Pokémon that sometimes I wonder why I bother with it lol. Some packs did feel heavier when opening

Im in the same boat i hear people opening DBS and One piece and get perfect hits but in all my years of pack opening I've only opened 1 card which was the 2nd chase card in a set.

thank you for the very informative video, it seems that the packs are a bit weighable which is not very good.. I bought the 24 packs and didn't pull a single alternate card, which is quite disappointing. I was really hoping you would pull the boa :( I wish u more luck in the future.

Three of my local LGS in New York City are selling dead packs over retail prices and do weight packs. They even cheap out on entry prizing. I love this game and enjoy it A lot but our local stores are ruining the experience for us at least

Im from the US.. blister packs are pretty much the best thing to open lol especially in my area .. in the us .. target or Walmart they don’t take returns on trading cards .. you’re not getting weighed packs from retail around me 🤷‍♂️

I opened 10 boxes of jp and every "hit" was like, hoardie or uta or foxy etc. Felt like i was set up. Namis the waifu. I want to get 2 cases of jp prb-01. I actually just purchased a great condition op05 sp nami for 18,000 yen because i wanted it so bad.

if packs can be weighed, imagine boxes. There will be much bigger weight difference in boxes. The ones with a lot of hits will weight a lot more than normal

Not all hits are great and some boxes only have a 1 or 2

24 is not a statistically significant sample size. You'd have to open thousands of them to get real results.

One piece is weighable, I'll only buy full boxes from people, blisters from stores. I normally hit pretty good from blisters though.

I do think that you proved wothout a shadow of a doubt that the packs are indeed weighable...because you always got a hit in the heavier packs.

I agree that the packs are somewhat weighable since all the heavy’s had a hit. I suppose what I was trying to say was that we don’t know if the hit will be an SR or an Alt Art SR. The foiling doesn’t seem to be heavier for alt arts. SEC foiling was much heavier. Maybe in future I’ll have a larger sample size to re-test.

Maybe watch her video in full and listen to what she’s actually saying. This helps the people that are unaware of what’s going on. Scammers will do this weighing thing anyway regardless of the video being posted or not. There are way more positives to this and zero negatives.

Scammers and scalpers are already aware of this. This video is for buyers who are not. It’s quite easy to be hopeful and excited to open packs and forget that you should be cautious with certain products.
