I think it been better if they used the Vinewood girl with the long black hair and a white sleeveless top blouse and shorts or the short white dress as Jolene. She is one of the ambient NPC seen around the Rockford Hill and Vinewood area. There are other duplicates of her wearing a short blue dress or a flower top with black leggings. She is the same girl you retrieve her pink Tornado on Chumash or the GOH in a random event.
