@@TheFakeChris100 thats possible, but I dont believe so. I think anything that doesnt produce the natural enzyme to fight Kharaa can be infected. for example the frozen leviathan in below zero got infected and that thing seems like it would be mostly muscle like the reaper.

It takes time for it to become used to you. I have been working with my Reaper Markimoo for over a year now. Like a hawk, it takes patience to get it to tolerate you.

with the reaper being longer than a blue whale, it probs needs to consume vast amounts of food in order to sustain its massive bulk. and the aurora probs destroyed a huge chunk of their hunting grounds. no wonder theyre so hangry

Giving the reaper the same fish will cause it to attack you with 99 damage demanding a different fish and if you don't do that it kills you. Atleast that's what I think what happened when I gave it bladder fish constantly then done 99 damage and when I tried to give it another bladder fish it killed me. So make sure you have different fish on you otherwise the reaper will gladly have you for a snack

I don’t know, you may be right. But the Bladder fish isn’t worth much nutrition. Peepers are worth more. Reginalds would be worth the most. That might be a good idea. I know whatever fish you use, it’s only going to buy you some time to get away, because he’ll be hungry again before very long.

I have the stasis rife and the electric mod for the sub so if it grabs me i activate it and it lets me go I have no reason to fear it

I am half convinced the reason not Reaper has been infected is simply because they eat the hero Peepers constantly.

Once i was looking for diamonds and i didnt know that there is a reaper there so i just shit my pants while dying in my seamoth

It's funny to think how it was able to eat a small peeper from its large jaw without chewing your arm off in one bite

How to bribe a reaper: Step 1: get a alien containment Step 2: grow sand sharks Step 3: when attacked by reaper drop pet sand shark to bribe

How to defeat a repaper : HAVE INF AMOUNT OF FISH AND now you can kill him

I remember trying this, i kept spamming the button so much cuz reapers scare the crap out of me and it just kept grabbing the peeper over and over

The reaper is actually pretty easy to dodge. You just stay beside its neck (a little below the neck to he specifc) at a safe distance so it vant instantly turn and eat you. Then you just strafe and move backward at the same time essentially going round jn a circle. Thats how i scanned my first reaper. I bailed out using my sea glide. Fortunately i was near the alien island and my seamoth was on the other side so it didnt follow me.

it ain't you taming it is actually trying to kill you unless that's just a glitch it's taking out your hand it's not called taming if that animal is just eating it and as it finish it's going to kill you that's called distracting the only thing you can tame in the game with actual food is a stalker those animals will linger around your pretty safe but when the other hand a reaper will finish eating at fish and then come and eat you
