Do you wait for crackle medium to dry before next step or it has to be dry?

Thank you so much for sharing..infact,when I tried out reverse one few weeks back ,end result was disappointing...this video just raised my spirit..:) Problem which I had were,crackle didn't develop properly... decoupage-paper on back gave a patchy look despite application of paint..

Ah it happens. These plates looked patchy too. I dint really worry about it too much. But the crackle not appearing is worrying. Let me look into it and ping you back
