Thank you for this video. I have indeed seen several videos that seem to indicate I can just copy and paste exact videos onto a KZread channel of my creation. From my experience in written content, I know that goes against US and worldwide copyright laws and in some cases trademark laws. When I listened to what they were promoting, I knew something was not quite correct. So, I investigated further, coming to your video. You noted the very things I knew for myself were correct. I could not in good concience download someone else's content just to monetize it for myself and make profit off of someone else's work. I have a number of KZread playlists. But, none of them are original content. I have 4 million views on one movie playlist alone of which most are over an hour in length with more than 650 movies. It originated 11 years ago and takes a lot of work to keep it up to date. But, I can't seem to find a way to monetize this playlist or any of my others for any amount of money. If you have any ideas let me know, please. Otherwise, I still thank you for the knowledge and insight you offer on this subject. Please know I greatly appreciate it.

Thank you for the video i have 2 questions pls : 1- can i use copyrighted videos and not creative commons ones to my video with adding commentary on it and transform it also , there is not problem with that ? 2- can i use a thumbnail from google or othe sources without adding anything on it or that will influence my video and it can generate repetitive or reused content ? I made a 20 minutes video and out of this I was borrowing 2 seconds clip from someone, who just striked my video. Just because of 2 seconds, which is less that 1% of my total video. Did I stand a chance, if I appeal to KZread? Maybe you have experience with this??? This was clearly fair use, and even I can use youtube editing tool to trim of the 2 seconds, if they approached me first. I was reading you can appeal and they're be asked to file a case within 10 days, else the video will be freed and monetized again. Do you have any experience in this regard?

Thanks for sharing your experience. Coz i am also planning to start a channel with just reused content. But after reading your comment, i am now hesitant since the owner of the video can still strike your video even if you only use a few seconds and it's fair use. I don't want to waste time and effort to edit a video with the possibility of it getting striked. Though you said you can appeal, but that's too much hassle.

So you don't really know enough to have a definitive answer. Its gray. That's not an answer. Either you can or you know they cannot. But you post this video just to get a view to listen to you tell us either this or that. Not helpful. Gray doesn't work because we can't be sure we can make money doing it so its just a OPINION and wishful thinking and hoping. That is NOT a business plan. These GURU content creators just talk and when they are done nothing is any more clear to us than when they first started talking. Always a CATCH with these money making brainstorms that we can't use.
