The new You FW update that was released today is claiming 30%+ steaming performance improvement due to new dynamic power management algorithm. I am curious to see the results from the same experiment but with the new update.

Coming in a little late to this video, but great content. A real world look at these home/light commercial crossover units is hard to find. I very much appreciate the honest discussion around recovery time. That is something that is hard to find. It seems like if they added a 20amp draw option like the GS3 has then it could help remedy the recovery issues, although the boilers are still small compared to the GS3. Thanks!

I am curious on how it compares to the GS3 in terms of water wastage and power consumption. On a small commercial use for either a cart or small coffee truck where water storage and batteries like the GoalZeros Moonwake where using could be a limitation. I wonder if it's worth the upgrade to the GS3 which although it's a power horse may seem dated on several features.

I think the Moonwake guys said their GS3MP alone was running out of power with their volumes hence why they’re using two machines? Wouldn’t it be more efficient just to have a 2-group La Marzocco instead of two separate light commercial 1-group units? Especially since they’re just pulling mostly flat 9 bar profiles…

At this farmers market they can't run 220v easily so no 2 group machine! 2024 there's gonna be a dope setup (Cybertruck) though so stay tuned

220v makes such a huge difference. I ran 220v in my last 3 of 4 houses for a machine-one house it just wasn’t possible. Would be super hard at a pop-up to get 220. Good insight, thx

GS3MP for pop ups? Why. We need profiling + AV and a lot of steam.
