    I had HDL of 126 but my bad colesterol high too by 20. My Dr told me it was great and the fact that my good one was high was helping the and balancing the bad.

    My hdl last year was 95 I’ll take that. But my triglycerides were low. No bread or carbs for me. Keto works for me

    My hdl is 142. Ldl 90, triglycerides 40 something. No one seems concerned. 53 year old female. HDL seems to inch up each year.

    Mine is 80. And one point was 105. I exercise regularly. I notice the more active I am, the higher man HDL goes. This isn’t just another mystery. SMH!

    I wish I would've recorded my cholesterol when I was younger so I would know what range is better for me. I think checking blood pressure, oxygen, sugar before and after meal, cholesterol, temperature, heart rate should give someone a hint if they're out of balance or not in homeostasis.

    I'm 28 and my HDL is 57 and when I eat fish my heart beats increase and is quite annoying. What should I do?

    My grandma is 72 years old, we did her blood tests and her cholestrol is 217 mg/dl and her hdl is 78 and her ldl is 130..what to do?

    I have HDL 125,LDL58,Total 191. Eating clean, 40%carbs(mostly wholegrain) ,40%protein,20%fat. Working out 4-5times/week, 10%bodyfat. Is it normal to have so high HDL? Previous check(6months) i had 140hdl...

    My HDLs have been in the 40d's for as long as I can remember and the advice I got from doctors never helped. I went keto in February 2019 and I took my health assessment for work in September. In that short amount of time my HDLs were at 60 and I was so proud of myself. I ended keto in December 2019 but, I kept a bunch of my good habits. I just took my health assessment this year and I'm now at a 70 HDL. I Believe changing all of the fats in my home to good fats did the trick. It's a little more expensive but, I will never go back.

    I'm 28 and my HDL is 100, eat crap, haven't been exercising for months, and my father died of heart attack. My TG and LDL levels are normal but my total cholesterol is elevated due to my high HDL. I'm a bit concerned...

    My HDL is 145..my dr said im fine .but even though its good cholesterol I'm a little nervous its so high and every year it it goes higher.

    I listened to this because I’m researching what is happening with my HDL cholesterol at 125. It’s always been high, I’m 68 and am athletic. I have no metabolic indicators of CVD. I want to know if my high HDL is sneaky heart disease.

    I am 45 yr old woman and my HDL lab results just came back at 203! Of course my LDL is normal. I was told to exercise to lower HDL. I’m stumped as that’s confusing. I’m not over weight and never had any kind of health issues. What do you suggest when HDL is that high, will exercising really help with that?
