My dog couldn't care less, but my panther does the old "lean away" whenever he sees the dog, LOL

My chameleon used to crawl all over my cattle dog! I was in shock when she did it. My dog was so gentle, I would live to share the picture.

I knew you’d be a dog person haha! For anyone with cats, especially if you have an exo terra type enclosure, make sure they can’t jump on top of it! I made sure my cats can’t get close enough to anything to make the jump (after learning the hard way). Also, your herp will usually do what they do best if they notice a cat staring at them, hide! Making sure they have enough cover through hides/foliage is really helpful in decreasing your cats interest in the enclosure.

hi ember, such a pretty girl! luckily my dog is the most gentle little guy. i had a couple of guinea pigs before my cham and he was completely unaffected. the guinea pigs would free roam the living room and my dog would lay in his kennel and just look at them. he is completely unaffected by my cham as well, he actually goes on guard duty when i leave his enclosure door open and he starts exploring. he'll huff and puff until he gets my attention to let me know that cham is on the move lol

Another great video! My dogs aren’t allowed in my chameleon rooms & when kids are over the chameleon rooms are locked to avoid little curious hands from trying to handle any of my chams.

Thank you!! I've always loved how they looked after seeing 101 Dalmatians as a kid and after researching their temperament, energy levels, etc. I knew it was the right breed for me!
