Information is lost on this channel it seems.

One of the things that made 90s movies so different/original/experimental/etc... is that studios were more willing to take risks... partly because if the movie didn't do amazingly in the theater, they could get another dip with home video sales and rentals. It was sort of like a second release of the movie and they could recoup that way. That doesn't exist today, so most studios only want to play it REALLY safe and go with known IPs or endless sequels.

Everyone talks about Haley Joel Osment's performance in The Sixth Sense, but nobody talks about his performance in Pay it Forward. It's a real shame cuz it's an INSANELY underrated movie and has one of the saddest endings in a movie that I've seen

I've only ever seen part of Pay It Forward and that was ages ago. That's definitely one I need to see completely. I vaguely remember liking what I saw. As far as Haley Joel Osment goes, one of my favorite movies of his is Secondhand Lions. Not just from Haley Joel, but just fantastic performances all around in that movie!

Indeed. I dont think the hosts have seen all of these movies that they are cheering the right answer on.

I watched The Sixth Sense in the cinemas and at the first scary scene with that woman in the kitchen right when the tension was building up just before she turned around the screen went black and we thought it was an effect but no, after a few minutes they turned the lights on. The movie strip snapped and they had to repair it. After 30minutes we could continue and they gave us the whole suspense again. Going through that suspense twice was quite something.

I should watch Half Baked while eating Half Baked Ben & Jerry’s ice cream 🍦🍨

Fun fact: the picture Kevin pulls out of Buzz’s girlfriend is actually a guy in a wig

I'm a 90s baby, but I don't remember a lot of movies from that era (especially more adult movies).😂 if you guys haven't done a 00s edition, you should because I could crush that one, easily.😂

My favorite 90s movie is Jumanji the greatest movie ever made.

This was good. I got quite a few right. I like these kinds of videos to see how well I can do, and would like to see a part 2. Since you already used Dumb and Dumber, maybe in a second one you could use one of the other top 3 movies Jim Carrey had at the box office in 1994 like The Mask or Ace Ventura. Perhaps additional movies can include Hook(or Jumanji), The Bodyguard, The Lion King, Happy Gilmore, Schindler's List, Goodfellas, and Space Jam just to name a few.

I thought they were absolutely amazing at the time. Now they're retro.😉🥰

Independence Day, Waterworld and Sister Act are three of my favorite movies. They were no brainers. Got them from the first clue. I don't care how well Waterworld did in the box office. It's just one of those movies that hit right. And I actually have both independence day movies and sister act movies. They left the second independence day on a cliff hanger and was kind of hoping for a part three by now. And the president's speech quote from the first movie has gotta be one of the best inspirational speeches in movie history.

@@katstorm13 The surgeon had more to deal with than he thought. Buh-bye 10 inch scar, hello 14 & 1/2! Was way more involved. Pieces cut out, donor bone implants. Metal pins and rods. I'm actually a pretty quick healer and I am doing well but I wasn't prepared for the amount of pain. Entire lumbar area. Complete teardown job (Can you tell I worked construction? Lol) My family is rockin' it tho. Someone's been there every step. I'm a lucky guy. I should still be using a walker but doc ok'd a cane and as much freestanding movement as I can tolerate. He's actually amazed how far I've come in less than a month.
