Can You File Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in Florida

laniganpl.com/2015/06/07/can-y... (Winter Park, Florida) attorney Roddy Lanigan talks about who can file Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in Florida.
How do you know if you can file chapter 7 chapter 11 or chapter 13 bankruptcy?
You'll have to talk with an experienced attorney. You'll have to take a Florida Means Test which looks at your income and debt by county and determines whether you qualify for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy.
If you're trying to find the best bankruptcy lawyer in Florida then you'll have to talk to several and look at experience, listen to what they recommend for your situation.
How long does bankruptcy take? You'll find out when you meet with a bankruptcy attorney. Your case begins when the fees are paid in full and all the paperwork is completed. You have to turn in paperwork, complete a questionnaire that clearly lists every single debt and debtor, the account numbers, bank accounts, credit card statements. When you have paid for the bankruptcy AND paperwork is in, the length of time will be clear.
A corporate attorney since 2007, Roddy Lanigan has experience in bankruptcy, business and civil litigation, appeals, asset protection, corporate reorganization, real estate litigation and white collar criminal law.

My infant daughter and myself have been horribly victimized in the State of Florida. I need an attorney who will work a pro-bono case, with all of the information that I and perhaps others can provide ! I should not have to file bankruptcy because I have been stalked, abused, terrorized and victimized ! Also, to my knowledge, I do not own a home, and never have ! In addition, I suspect there may be other fraudulent financial activity that has already transpired !! I need to speak to an attorney, and possibly file more FOIA requests ! Another question that I have is how is it possible for an individual to keep racking up credit card debt (not due to victimization ) due to impulsive, reckless spending, and keep claiming various forms of bankruptcy ?!? How is that legal ?

+Marquis Raab Hi you would need to meet with us to explain your situation. You're saying you got medical bills that followed you to Florida where you live? Set an appointment for a formal consultation as we may not advise you online.

+Amie Nagao hi, you get an exemption for your vehicle, however there are restrictions if the value is higher. This is not a simple answer so do not take advice which is not allowed on social media. Call to set an appointment at the office.
