Buy a 3.5mm to 2.5mm audio jack adapter and try again for all of us

I totally would but I sold the sf2000 so I can get something else for the next video, sorry

I'm not an audio expert but I have an idea. If you plugged in the av cable included to the port and then use an RCA to 3.5mmm, it should work with headphones. I'm getting one soon and I have the adapter so I'l try it out.

@@JoseAngel-fj3bq It did not... it output sound but it recognized I plugged it into something and turned the screen off. I'll have to contact the reddit post user and see what they did.

if you have the av jack which sends out audio and video signal you can get regualar audio out of it as well...why in the world ould you get audio from a usbc...its not a cellphone...just use a regular headphone set...nothign to overthink here.

I wish that would work, but unfortunately it's not a 3.5mm jack and even so is not wired for that use case, the pins on the jack wouldn't match up. There may be some way of getting some kind of audio out but it would not be simple

​@@techtw0very simple , stick the 3.5 mm jack in half way... You have to find a specific depth but it will work.

The port is smaller, maybe 2.5mm

Well I think I read it's a 2.5 jack and regular headphone jacks are 3.5 ,so it may not fit. I tend to recall a device which I can't even remember what device it was years ago that if you do manage to connect it, then only one speaker on the headphones will work unless you find one with a mono switch which is an ok solution but it will be in mono and those types of headphones are hard to find so you would need to connect an adapter plug for mono, so there is really no good solution. Why in the world would they go for an av jack rather than headphone jack I have no idea. After all you buy a handheld to take it out and play on the bus or tran or waiting in the doctor's office.

It doesn't work this way. Also, 2.5~3.5 gender transition is not allowed. Other than taking it apart and modifying it, you cannot listen to it with earphones.

You're right about the output for this device but why wouldn't 2.5 to 3.5 be allowed? It's just a wire, my bose headphones have a 2.5 to 3.5

@@techtw0 This is because it is a port for simultaneous video and audio output. When you plug in the gender, it is recognized as a video output, so no screen appears on the screen, and sound comes out only through the speaker as before.

It's called SF2000, sometimes but not all the time it has data frog in the name too
