manong george, just want to ask if i wanna buy a house pgdating sa UK do i need to stay first for a certain amount of time before i can buy? if for example po i want to loan s bank?i mean dpat po ba nkapag stay muna ako ng 1 year or 2 years before they will approve?

@@enelher there’s no such thing as “residency requirement”. As long as you have a good credit score and downpayment of atleast 10% of the house price, you can get your house. Atm you can get a mortgage with a 5% DP but depends with your monthly income and the bank themselves.

Anyone can buy a house as long as you have GOOD CREDIT SCORE + REQUIRED DOWNPAYMENT - usually 10% of the house price.

nobody’s talking about saving then invest then purchase after profit and preserve the capital. i dont want to be negative but equity and mortgage plus interest is a life long debt with one source of income. the best way is to save then invest and finally purchase it through profits. cant rely on a single source so to speak
What is the total price of the house? what was your initial deposit? How much was government s allowance in the principal amount for first time buyers? Whats your monthly EMI now and how many years? This is what we wish you to explain

You can send Gerand a PM in insta. You can check your local house prices and there is an online mortgage calculator. £1300 solicitor fees. %5 deposit. And then the other 20% 5 year monthly payments 0% interest from the govt (help to buy)

Buying a house while on Tier 2 visa? What will happen to your house pag na deport ka? Too risky buying a house in UK for nurses under Tier2 working visa..wait nyo nalang na maging British citizen kayo after 6 years para mas safe...
